Happy smiling faces are a trademark for Tornadoes Swim Club, and this past weekend at our meet we had lots of happy smiling faces.

Every swimmer, parent and volunteer showed true Tornadoes spirit (of course in our fave colour) at the meet.

Swimmers were ready to perform, coaches were thrilled and parents cheered. And oh! What fun!

Our concession was fully stocked and every delicious morsel was eaten. Imagine having pancakes at 1pm on Sunday after relays.

We had prizes surprises and medals much to the delight of the swimmers.

We had guests from Linstead, Montego Bay and the Bahamas.

We had lots heat winners and meet record breakers. Congrats to them all. Our club's record breakers in individual events were Jonathon Haynes, Daniel Mair, Jordan Hines, Sabrina Lyn, Nathaneil Thomas, Abigail Lamey, and in relays our 11-12 girls and boys also broke meet records - Aliyah Heaven, Rihanna Gayle, Ireland Hunter and Isabella Sierra, Daniel Mair, Adrian Balfour, Joshua Mignott and Israel Allen.

A fun fabulous weekend of smiles and swimming.

Thanks to our sponsors, executive, planning committee, coaches, parents and swimmers.

We looking forward to May 2019 when we celebrate our 30th birthday as the #1 club in Jamaica.
