The vastly improved Sabrina Lyn led Jamaica's medal charge on day two of the 31st Central American and Caribbean Swimming Confederation (CCCAN) Championships in impressive fashion, lowering the national record in the girls' 13-14 100-metre butterfly inside the Pisina Olímpico Roly Bisslik grounds in Aruba on Saturday.
Lyn's stellar display was the pick of the Jamaican performances on the night as they added five more medals — one gold, two silver and two bronze — to their tally, taking the total haul to seven — one gold, two silver and four bronze medals.

Day 2 of the 2018 CCCAN Swimming championships on Saturday June 30 saw Team Jamaica adding Five more medals to their treasure chest. The team won One Gold Two Silver and Two Bronze medals. The total medal count after two days of competition stands at Seven, One Gold, Two Silver and Four Bronze medals.
Leading the way for the Black, Green and Gold was Sabrina Lyn in the girls 13-14 100 metre butterfly.

Our eleven swimmers are ready to join the twenty six members of Team Jamaica in Aruba this coming weekend.
Our swimmers recently worshipped at the Swallowfield Chapel along with parents, coach and their Team Manager. Also present were the swimmers coach parents of the team heading to China on the exchange program.
Our swimmers were gifted with caps to compliment their team gear for the championship. The vibes are high and swimmers are ready for a weekend of great swimming. We want to wish the team all the best at this championship.

Congrats the Goodwill Games team have been announced and our Coach Wendy will lead the delegation to Barbados in August and the following Tornadoes swimmers have been selected Imani Leigh Hall, Rihanna Gayle, Alexa Critchlow, Nelson Denny, Israel Allen, Jomo McMayo, Joshua Mignott, Jonathon Haynes, Benjamin Sylvester, Jaleel Samms, Alex Mignott, Luke Mair, Nikolos Gordon-Somers and Amir Azan. Congrats swimmers, parents and coaches.
