Tornadoes Wins at Christmas

The Bells are Ringing.

Tornadoes Swim Club are the winners of this year's staging of the Christmas Open, and we placed 4th in the Christmas Breezer. Congrats all around to coaches swimmers and parents for this awesome achievement.

For the past four days our tent was festive as we cheered on our swimmers at each of eight session as all our swimmers were winners.

National and Meet records came tumbling down as our swimmers put out their best in individual and relay events. Swimmers also enjoyed the success of personal bests in their events. Coaches were beaming with pride as their efforts, early mornings, late evenings, day in and out were coming into a fruition.

 We shared the meet with our guests from Cayman, Seven Mile Swimmers, who fitted right in with their orange and blue team colours. Everyday they shared their appreciation for our hospitality. They even had sorrel and christmas cake. Also sharing our great hospitality was Brady Lewison from Canada and Nicholas Haughton home from Howard University.

What a jubilant way to end 2018. Congrats to all our Tornadoes members.
